The Foundation’s Board of Directors – and therefore its most important body – exercises control functions and votes on important decisions.
The Board of Trustees is responsible in particular for the following tasks:
Representation of the Foundation (§ 6 of the foundation statutes)
The Foundation is represented in and out of court by the Board of Trustees, which is represented by the Chairman of the Board of Trustees together with one of his deputies or jointly by two of the deputies of the Chairman.
The Board of Trustees shall be represented by two of the Vice-Chairmen only if the Chairman is unable to attend.
